Is there a credit card required to start?
No. Create your studio on the Free plan with no card. Upgrade when you need more capacity.
What's included in every plan?
Scheduling, rooms and resources, instructors, attendance, credits, Stripe payments, subscriptions, page builder, notifications, and the instructor portal. Plans differ only by capacity limits and custom domain. Waitlist is optional; SMS/WhatsApp need your Twilio account.
Do students pay ClassKeep?
No. Students pay your studio directly through Stripe. ClassKeep charges you a flat monthly subscription only.
Are SMS and WhatsApp included?
Email and app push (iOS/Android via FCM) are included. Browser push is not offered. SMS and WhatsApp use the optional Twilio BYOK add-on — you pay Twilio directly.
Can I switch from Mindbody or Punchpass and keep my Stripe account?
Connect a new Stripe Connect account to ClassKeep when you migrate. Students re-enter card details at checkout — saved cards cannot move between processors. See our migration checklist at /migrate for CSV import, schedule rebuild, and booking link steps.
