- Is there a free plan or trial?
- Yes. Start on the Free plan with no credit card. New studios get a 14-day Studio limits trial, then Solo limits apply. Upgrade when you need more instructors, classes, or clients.
- Does ClassKeep take a cut of student payments?
- No. ClassKeep charges a flat monthly subscription only. Students pay your studio through Stripe Connect. Stripe's card processing fees still apply on charges.
- Who is ClassKeep for?
- Boutique class studios — reformer pilates, yoga, spin, martial arts, pottery workshops, dog training, and similar businesses that run recurring classes with instructors and capacity limits.
- Is waitlist or SMS built in?
- Email reminders and an optional waitlist are included. SMS and WhatsApp are not built-in — they use the optional Twilio add-on with your own account.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. Studio admins can download CSV files for clients, class types, upcoming sessions, and credit balances from Settings → Compliance. A full JSON archive is also available for the studio owner.
